All sales are final.
Because of the handmade nature of our work, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thanks for understanding!

Stone & Silver Care:
While our pieces are built to be durable, they’re still delicate due to the nature of silver being a soft metal and our stones being genuine turquoise. We’re not responsible for any broken stones or silver after two weeks from the date of purchase.

Sizing Matters:
Please double-check your sizing before placing an order. We’re not able to replace or resize items due to sizing errors.

Shipping Info:
We’re not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped. If you’d like to add Signature Required Delivery, just send us an email at the time of purchase and we’ll gladly add that to your order. We make sure to carefully package each and every piece of jewelry, if your piece arrives damaged please reach out and we will do our best to make it right by either repairing the piece or replacing it with a similar piece.

Right to Refuse Service:
We always want to create a positive experience, but we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
